Refund Policy

Important information about our all-sales-final policy on digital products, and how to reach us if you experience an issue with your purchase.

Thank you for investing in your health and strength journey with Passports 2 Fitness LLC. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases once access has been granted, including but not limited to:

  • Rebuild & Rise™ — 30-Day Nervous System Strength Program
  • Reset & Rebuild™ — 7-Day Strength Reset

Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • You did not receive access to your purchased product within 48 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue

How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for a refund review, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at support@p2fitness.online with your full name, purchase email, and a description of the issue.
